
Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by PatchBros (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, making a payment, or allowing work to begin, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
PatchBros provides residential and commercial property services, which may include:

Asphalt and pavement repair

Crack filling and patchwork
-
Exterior maintenance
-
Painting and finishing services
-
Drywall and repair work
-
Renovation-related services
-
Other agreed-upon contracting services
Services will be performed based on the agreed quote, estimate, or scope of work.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided by PatchBros are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Final pricing may change due to:

Hidden or unforeseen damage
-
Additional labor requirements
-
Material cost increases
-
Weather-related complications
-
Changes requested by the client
-
Site conditions differing from original expectations
Clients will be informed of major changes before additional work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.
3. Deposits and Payments
Certain projects may require a deposit before work begins.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash
-
Cheque
-
E-transfer
-
Card payments (when available)
Payment terms:

Residential projects are typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial invoices may have separate payment terms stated on the invoice or contract.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest where permitted by law.
PatchBros reserves the right to pause or cancel work if payments are overdue.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of labor, materials, scheduling, and completed work:

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or scheduling has been confirmed.

No refunds will be provided for completed work or services already performed.

If a client cancels after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for labor, materials, and work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within a reasonable time after project completion so we may review and address the issue.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate project information
-
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
-
Remove valuables or fragile items from work areas
-
Obtain any required permissions, approvals, or permits unless otherwise agreed

Ensure utilities required for the project are available
PatchBros is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or unavailable utilities.
6. Scheduling and Delays
Project timelines are estimates only and may change due to:

Weather conditions
-
Supply shortages
-
Equipment failure
-
Labor availability
-
Site complications
-
Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
PatchBros will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and reschedule when necessary.
7. Workmanship
PatchBros strives to provide professional-quality workmanship using commercially reasonable methods and materials.
Because many services involve repairs, surfaces, environmental exposure, and existing damage, PatchBros cannot guarantee:

Permanent results

Exact color matching
-
Prevention of future cracking or deterioration
-
Lifelong durability on repaired surfaces
Warranty terms, if applicable, must be provided in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatchBros shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Delays beyond our control
-
Pre-existing property damage
-
Natural wear and tear
-
Weather-related damage after project completion
-
Damage caused by third parties
The client agrees that PatchBros’ maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
9. Property Conditions
PatchBros is not responsible for hidden conditions including but not limited to:

Underground utilities
-
Structural issues
-
Water damage
-
Improper previous repairs
-
Hazardous materials
-
Unstable surfaces
Additional work required due to such conditions may result in added charges.
10. Photos and Marketing
PatchBros may photograph or record completed work for documentation, training, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Personal identifying information will not be shared without permission.
11. Cancellation Policy
Clients should provide reasonable notice if cancelling or rescheduling services.
PatchBros reserves the right to charge cancellation fees if:

Materials have already been purchased

Labor has been scheduled
-
Significant preparation has already occurred
12. Right to Refuse Service
PatchBros reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to:

Unsafe work conditions
-
Harassment or abusive behavior
-
Non-payment
-
Illegal activity
-
Conditions that place workers or property at unreasonable risk
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable laws of Canada.
14. Changes to Terms
PatchBros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted with the revised effective date.
