Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2026

At PatchBros, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of construction, repair, labor, scheduling, and material costs, we do not provide refunds for completed services or work already performed.

 

No Refund Policy

 

By hiring PatchBros and approving work to begin, the client agrees to the following:

  • All payments made to PatchBros are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Completed labor

    • Installed materials

    • Time spent on-site

    • Project scheduling or preparation

    • Deposits used toward materials or labor

    • Partially completed work requested to stop by the client

Once work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, labor, materials, and related costs.

 

Correction & Repair Commitment

 

If a client believes there is a workmanship-related issue with completed work, PatchBros will make reasonable efforts to inspect and address the concern.

Depending on the situation, PatchBros may:

  • Repair the affected area

  • Touch up the work

  • Re-perform portions of the service if necessary

Corrective work will only apply to issues directly related to PatchBros’ workmanship and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Future cracking or deterioration

  • Damage caused by weather, accidents, misuse, or third parties

  • Pre-existing conditions or structural problems

  • Issues outside the original scope of work

 

Reporting Issues

 

Clients must notify PatchBros of any concerns within a reasonable timeframe after project completion.

PatchBros reserves the right to inspect the reported issue before determining the appropriate corrective action.

 

Limitations

 

PatchBros does not guarantee:

  • Permanent repairs on aging or damaged surfaces

  • Exact color or texture matching

  • Prevention of future damage caused by environmental or structural conditions

Correction or repair of workmanship issues shall be the sole remedy provided in place of refunds.
